This afternoon I picked up Bryan at the train station and took him back to the shop with me. He took out the bike and gave it a quick spin. Without so much as adjusting the saddle he returned happy and loaded it up for his return ride to California. Enjoy the maiden voyage, and travel safe! Awesome.
Friday I had the pleasure of deilvering Canten his new road bike. This Mix N’ MAX (builders select) tubed bike is designed as a go-fast road bike with enough meat for 28’s and gravel or long winter taining miles with 25’s and full coverage fenders. I loaded my stuff into Fred’s trailer (of Wolfhound) and began the slightly less quick 19hr marathon trek. We pretty well traveled the length of the coast in just under a day (5am start to 2am roll in time). Whew. The show was a great time to meet
Just as it seems I was finding a rhythm after NAHBS I find myself prepping for my third San Diego Custom Bicycle Show! I’m super excited, but also very busy. I’m headed to Seattle this weekend to deliver a bike (photos to follow) and on my return I’ll (hopefully) be putting together and packing two bikes (both of which have parts out for delivery!). Here are some wheels I put together for one of the
