“Livreur” is the French word for “delivery man”, and seemed like a fitting name for this modern take on the classic 50’s porteur delivery bike.
The Livreur is a fillet brazed frame with lugged fork and bottom bracket shell giving flowing lines with just enough interrupted detail to give it a visual edge. Designed to balance a sporty feel with some carrying capacity, this porteur style bike sports Winter made front and rear carriers for the custom RuthWorks luggage set. To keep the swpt bars clean, the shifter and bell mounts have been integrated into the one piece French Point Winter stem, as has the front cable hanger for the Paul Racer center pull brakes. The build kit consists of Dura Ace shifting components, White Industries crankset and rear hub, and a Schmidt dynamo lighting kit. All lighting wires are routed internally and have convenient electrical couplings at the major junctions to allow for removal of the front rack or rear fender without the need to re-wire. The Livreur was painted by Todd Eroh in a delightful satin steel blue with gloss panel and ghost logo work.
From everyday urban use to weekend touring and gravel adventures, the Winter Livreur delivers.
